Engineering Design to achieve durable, high capacity, high payload trailing transport equipment. This provides MaxiTRANS customers with efficient equipment usage, greater payload and potentially higher profits.
Design and Manufacture of Specialty Trailers that meet the unique performance requirements of customers. MaxiTRANS has the engineering capability to create specialised designs or to modify standard designs to suit special customer needs and logistics requirements.
Accident Repair and Servicing of all styles of trailers. Two locations in Melbourne (Hallam and Derrimut) specialise in the service and repair of Freighter and Maxi-CUBE style trailers including competitive brands. This includes major repair work of trailer or van roll-overs. Hamelex White provides a specialised service in crash repairs and modifications of tippers at its Hallam (Melbourne) facility while Lusty EMS does likewise at its Richlands (Brisbane) facility. All sites specialise in the repair of all degrees of accident damage and quality refurbishing and refinishing.
Urethane Foam and Panel Manufacture: MaxiTRANS is the only trailer manufacturer to make its own urethane insulating foam to the appropriate gauges for optimum thermal insulation and maximum load capacity. MaxiTRANS also manufactures fully fabricated FRP/foam sandwich panels for use in the manufacture of vans and for sale to vehicle body builders.
Second Hand Unit Sales: MaxiTRANS' Victoria Dealership operates a large second hand trailer business, offering its customers competitive trade values - from single units through to complete fleets. Similar used equipment operations are managed by Hamelex White and Lusty EMS in Melbourne and Brisbane respectively.
Parts Sales: Parts, including full panels and body components for major repair work, are available for the complete range of Freighter and Maxi-CUBE trailers through the national Freighter/Maxi-CUBE dealer network and Colrain retail stores in Victoria. Colrain, MaxiTRANS’ wholly owned parts business, is a leading wholesaler and retailer of genuine parts for Freighter and Maxi-CUBE trailers and general service parts for trailers and trucks of all types. Colrain's Maxus parts range comprises high quality, competitively priced components and consumables for trailers and trucks. Parts support for the tipper ranges are provided directly by Hamelex White and Lusty EMS from their Melbourne and Brisbane facilities.
